Community Events

You do great work in the community. You deserve to do good in style.

One of the best things about running a successful business is having the ability to make a positive impact on our community. Sponsoring community events, local charities and not-for-profit organisations is a big part of our business plan. Our desire to pay it forward means we’ve worked with some charities for over 10 years.

                        We not only design and install all the equipment for community events, we also help organise council permits. As one of the only event hire companies with a registered temporary structure builder at the helm, you know your event set-up will not only look amazing but it’ll keep the community safe.

LORNE PIER TO PUB

The Lorne Surf Life Saving Club’s Pier to Pub is one of Australia’s most beloved community events, celebrating its 46th year in 2026. What makes it so special is the mix of people who show up. Olympians and first timers, 12 year olds and 85 year olds, able bodied swimmers and those with disabilities. Everyone belongs here.
 
We supplied the marquees, liaised with council to secure the site permit, and handled sponsor installations. Taking those moving parts off the event committee’s plate meant the whole team could actually enjoy the day, which is exactly how it should be.

GEELONG’S LONGEST LUNCH

We’ve sponsored the event setup for Geelong’s Longest Lunch since 2012 – a decadent dining experience that raises money for the Barwon Health Foundation.

The location has changed from the Geelong Botanic Gardens to Cunningham Pier to Eastern Beach to Steampacket Gardens to now Transvaal Square. Each year the event seems to become bigger and bigger.

There’s something genuinely lovely about sitting outside at a long table in the sunshine, drinking great wine, eating food from the best hospitality names in Geelong, all while raising moneyfor a cause that matters.

HEAD OF THE SCHOOL GIRLS REGATTA

Each year we work with the team at Rowing Victoria and individual Girls Grammar schools as the main infrastructure provider at the event. With 51 prestigious schools from across Victoria in attendance, there’s a lot to deliver and a lot of school pride on the line.

Every school decorates their marquee in their own unique way, so having a solid, reliable foundation to work with matters. From school marquees and spectator stands to merchandise tents, presentation tents, judges boxes and catering areas, we keep the community covered and comfortable.
