All tentative bookings will be held for a period of 7 days. After this time the date will not be held. Extensions will be granted when required.
Confirmation of Booking:
To confirm your booking we require a deposit of 30% (or as agreed). Payment plans options are available. A confirmation receipt will be issued confirming the date & agreed price.
A minimum of 40 full paying people are required to book with Prestige Events Hire, unless otherwise stated. Garden Wedding Packages minimum are as listed for each package and does not included children or entertainers. Final numbers of guests are required 7 days before the function.
The balance of the account is payable 7 days prior to the function and can be paid in the following ways: cash, bank cheque or by credit card – bankcard, visa or MasterCard
All cancellations must be made in writing to Prestige Events Hire. A refund of deposit monies will only be issued, 90 days prior to the function. Within 90 days, the deposit will be forfeited. An administration fee of $200.00 will apply.
All functions, unless otherwise stated, are for a period of 5 hours maximum. Any time extension must be made 1 week prior to the commencement and will incur a fee of $450.00 per hour. All functions must be concluded by 11.30 p.m.
Prestige Events Hire Wedding Package offers two sizes of round tables which can accommodate 10 guests and 12 guests. Minimum numbers must be on each table, unless otherwise arranged with management. Banquet Table are an additional cost.
All prices noted are inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax. Pricing at the time of confirmation is valid for a period of 12 months. A surcharge will apply to public holidays.
Delivery & Pick Up Fees:
All Garden Wedding Packages unless otherwise advised, will incur a Delivery & Collection Fee – see schedule. A same day set up and pack fee of $750.00 will apply to Melbourne CBD Parks & Gardens. Whereis.com.au is used to calculate kilometres to the venue from Factory 40, 70 – 72 Cavehill Industrial Gardens – Lilydale which will determine the delivery & collection fee.
A wedding co-ordinator will be provided for each Garden Wedding Package to assist your Master of Ceremonies and to co-ordinate the Prestige Events Hire catering & beverage staff.
Safety & Security:
If deemed necessary, the management of Prestige Events Hire reserves the right to refuse service to any guest and reserves the right to eject any guest from the Prestige Events Hire function. We do not accept any responsibility for any damage or loss of property left on the premises prior, during or after the function.
Children & Entertainers:
Children under the age of three are free of charge. Children between the ages of three and twelve years old are 75% of the adult price per head. Entertainers will be charged at 75% of the adult price per head.
Prestige Events Hire marquees are designated non-smoking venues. An outdoor area can be organised if required.
No beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought into any Prestige Events Hire Marquees by the client or by any of the client’s guests without prior consent from the Function Manager.
All Prestige Events Hire staff are trained in ‘Responsible Service of Alcohol’ and may refuse to serve any person/s that seems to be intoxicated.
Confetti, Fireworks, Streamers and Wedding Rice are not permitted in any Prestige Events Hire Marquees. The use of Fresh or Dried Rose Petals permitted (not on tablecloths).
The client is financially responsible for any loss sustained to Prestige Events Hire including damage to the marquee, its fittings, equipment and grounds.
Upgrade to Structure Marquee:
All Garden Wedding Package pricing are based on the use of Peg & Pole Marquee’s. An additional cost of $5.50 per person will be charged if a Structure Marquee is required. No discounts apply for children or entertainers.
Yarra Valley Wineries:
All site fees for any winery must be paid directly to their cellar door prior to the function commencement. Prestige Events Hire will only book the venue on behalf of the client.
Discount of Garden Wedding Packages at Wineries:
A discount of $2.00 per person will apply where the package wine in unable to be used. It is the client’s responsibility to arrange payment for the wine at the venue prior to the function.
Site Fees are not included in the price per head in the Garden Wedding Packages for any venues.
